- Pintail Lake is filling up! We had a guessing game as to how many days it would take to fill. We’re already on day 24 so a lot of you (us) are already out because it’s not really that full yet, 50% maybe? Winner gets bragging rights and a Gary’s gift certificate.

- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Palagyi family! Autumn and Kirt are the new owners of the Parkview home on Wild Swan Lane!
- Congrats to Rose, Tim, Ron and Freddie who were all ‘in the money’ in our Neighbor v Neighbor March Madness bracket. Oh and just because there’s been some confusion… Freddie didn’t come in last, he came in 20th place. There were a bunch of people that did worse than Freddie😂 We just add a payout in 20th place to keep it interesting for those of us who aren’t near the top.

- The Burton Village pool has been a doozy to get up and running this year. Parts have arrived and the water has been flushed so we should be able to open soon!
- Open date will depend on the county inspection schedule, which we hope will just be a few weeks. We will post updates on the NextDoor AP Owners group page.
- DO NOT use the pool until notified, we are balancing the chemicals!

- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Moore family! Barry and Kathy (yes there are 2 Kathy Moores) are the new owners of homesites 367 & 368.
- Homes currently under construction on homesites: 11, 42, 71, 76, 106, 122, 129, 306, and 336
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
